When editing your sig, highlight the word you're gonna use then use the "Insert Link" then put in the link on it.

They're not different at all, all those links are the criteria for 3 round matches. What I posted below is for 1 round matches which is exaclty the same as what the ps3 link says.

You must set it to Hardest, get 1 Perfect, 5 First Strikes, 3 Super/Ultra Finishes (one MUST be on Seth!) and you can't continue. Then you must defeat him to unlock the achievement! I've only faced Evil Ryu and he beat me! So it's very hard...
