Hey, thanks for the kind words! The timing of your post is actually kind of funny; I totally slipped and ate some Chinese food earlier, and I felt just awful about it. After reading your message, I've calmed down a bit. I know it's not the end of the world now.
I've been on this diet for a week now, and it's been much harder than I thought it would be. I've had friends and family tell me how great and easy it is, but I really wonder how the hell they did it sometimes. Cutting out foods I used to love and eat on a regular basis is frigging tough!
I'm sorry that you've struggled with diets in the past (this is my first real diet, by the way, I'm sure the Chinese won't be my only slip-up), but for what it's worth, you sound totally awesome and you just made my day.
