So I saw your post in the comments of the Letter from the editor article on the main page. You had asked CRU if in retrospect it was all worth it. I figured I would chime in and give you my opinion on it.
Honestly I have spent a ton of time whoring points but, in the end it isn't about points it's about the community it's about playing with friends. it's about having a friend that isn't ashamed to give you tips on how to knock the bottles over in Hannah Montana.
My advise is play games the way you want to play them and play with people you enjoy playing with. some people want to play COD to get prestige a million times some of us play for gamerscore. Just remember one way or the other you are playing.
