Hey, sorry, not sure if anyone answered your question on how to get more lives in Scott Pilgrim... so i will answer you here!
if you pay off Scott's late fees you can then purchase The Mystical Head for a 1-Up. Otherwise you can purchase Tlulco's Feast at Wallace's Mystery Shop.
You can also repeat the Todd Boss Battle for a 1-Up.
