It's in the 3rd BlazBlue Picture Pack. The pack contains regular and chibi versions of all of the game's side characters. It's really quite a steal of a deal, since pack 1 and 2 are just the playable cast in their regular and chibi versions respectively, where-as the 3rd pack has both varients of even more characters.
