If you look at the URL for a game that comes up twice in our search list, you can tell if it is the Japanese version. For instance:
http://www.xbox360achievements.org/game/conan-ntscj/overview/
That bolded part refers to it being from the NTSCJ region, which is Japan. The reason there are multiple versions of some games is because they "stack" and if you play both versions, you can get 2000 total points from the same game. Here is a list of all of them:
