Not completely. People don't have the money to pay for it to finish building. There are thousands of projects that are half built then canceled. I don't what are they going to do with them. They certainly can't keep a half finished building between all those others.

The government still has money, but the people, not so much.

Dude, that's nothing. The economy is failing hardly. People who live here are attitude less assholes. The list goes on ...

Yea it's good enough for a visit, but living here is something I despise just as much as Twilight Saga!
