Right? And it will all be done behind the scenes without any input from you, as long as you are connected to the internet. If you aren't connected, things might not look as nice since the console just takes over the computations. It is a pretty cool way to save some console power for other things and put a bunch of calculations on the servers that don't need to be updated in real time.

Yet to decide on when, I will be getting one but it may not be for a while, my slim is still brand new!

At the present time, I don't think I will be. In terms of my finances, I'm going to struggle to get a new console, but I'm saving up for a Wii U and I think I'll be opting for the PS4 to begin with. I know the X1 has been beaten to death, so I won't dredge up the old complaints many people have with it.

Right now, I obviously don't agree with the way things are being dealt with on the console, and that's why I'll be heading in a different direction for a while. Perhaps when the dust has settled and things are crystal clear, I may change my mind. I have until November to think about it any way.

It is sooooo expensive. I just spent like $150 dollars on 40 or so cards for one EDH deck.

Of course one of those cards was a $50 "Take another turn" card.

I still don't know about the X1. First of all I'm not sure I'll have the money right away. Second of all I'm not really that into it because it seems to be trying so hard to be more then a gaming console. My console purchases are usually driven by game availability; I buy the consoles that have the games I want to play.

Right now I'm not seeing many games that make me want to buy an X1. Most of the ones I want to play are going to be available either on the PC or on current generation.

Also, I've been getting back into Magic (actual cards not the digital versions). So I've been spending a bunch of money on that which limits what I can spend on electronic gaming.
