Mavis Vermillion is the character from the anime/manga series Fairytail, whom is the first master of the guild fairytail. She is dead but takes continues to exist as a ghostly figure. Due to her abnormally powerful magic, she is able to take the form of a ghost to communicate to other Fairytail members and in a way, exists as long as the guild remains, however as time progresses, Fairytail has gotten more masters and the third, which is Makarov, is greeted by the first master as to his authority over the guild, hence her saying "It's become a wonderful guild third."

Yup. Some people think that as long as they are signed up for the site, they are on the leaderboards. And that their checklist progress is what determines it.

Doesn't really surprise me. The series isn't exactly popular, and a lot of the people who write guides and road maps don't meet the requirements to be on the leaderboards. And a lot of people don't know that you don't get on the leaderboards automatically.
