I would recommend doing the tings I mentioned with Inphyy first... because you are still familliar with using her, but you could wait until after finishing Aspharr.
Oh, PICK WYANDEEK! I dont recommend picking Castle of Varrvazarr at the moment, you should be much higher level because you WILL have problems..

Ah, I remember I had to retry that level a few times but I was really low leveled. The troops dont actually do anything...

I've been having that problem lately too.
The blue bar is orb spark. Use it around A LOT of enemies and see what happens...
