Tell the mods about putting x360a in your bio, when they take notice, they'll give you your award.

There is no other way to rank up other than posting a lot.

I used a gamercard from a thread in the FAQ forum, just find the thread (It's stickied) and that'll tell you everthing to do in there.

To get the Word of Mouth award, you need to promote x360a in as many places as possible, such as in your motto, bio, on your website, maybe MSN, etc.. I got it because I represented the site by putting x360a in my gamertag. To do that you need to be a member for so many motnths and have 250 posts, then a mod has to vouch for you.
