Again, nothing. They are telling me that they had to escalate the claim back to the investigations department. I am so damn sick of this crap! No one can do anything at MS. They never let you talk to anyone that can actually think or do anyting to help. I bet I'll get an e-mail in 5 days saying something stupid like they could not recover the account. All they need to do is give me the damn secret question or password to the Live ID associated with my account. They already told me what the live ID is, it's

I wish I knew what to do at this point. I've tried contacting MS customer support through the e-mail an I get some pre-generated crap telling me to call the 800 number. Seriously, what kind of customer support is that? Why even have the e-mail option for customer support if all they do is refer to the 800 number? It's so frustrating.
