I think it's because I tend to develop my opinions based on facts, research, and common sense. Close-minded fools who can't tolerate dissenting opinions don't like it when people use things like logic.

Case in point: in that thread, I had a rather civil debate with Captain Fantasm over suicide and depression. Then Pants comes out of nowhere trying to take a personal shot at me. I don't actively seek fights, but fuck me sideways if I'll just sit there and take someone insulting me with no provocation.

I won't go into why me and Pants don't get along here, because I don't want it cluttering up my visitor page. I just think that if he wants to be staff, he needs to learn how to treat the community with respect. Everyone who's been on this site has seen him belittle individuals for no reason when closing threads, and if you consider yourself a real member of this community, you should not tolerate that kind of abuse from the people who are supposed to preserve order on the forums here.

I don't see why some people just wont let you have your own opinion.

I completly agree Blunt. I also posted a thread like yours on console heroes. It won't get deleted either unless it gets out of hand so check it out if ya want.

Yeah, you can't post any interesting threads here nowadays or the "mods" will delete them.

Nerds with powertrips should never be given mod priveleges.

I miss the days when the mods on this site were cool. Not that there aren't a few cool ones left, but the majority are tools.

Yes. North Korea themselves are not a threat, but their bombs are. Blunt brought up a great point. They hate America, the Taliban, Al-Quida hates America, what's stopping them from selling Nukes for large amounts of money to those groups? We don't need to bomb the whole country, just their bomb facilities.

Kim Jong Il needs to be taken out. Fuck, pull out of Iraq and invade North Korea. Kim needs to be stopped and with him out of power, maybe we can help turn North Korea into a democratic nation.
