It's not my intention to denounce people trying to find more information on a missing person. That's fine. What I want to understand is why this case is more important than a missing persons case for someone unrelated to gaming, or any other missing persons case.
Even if it was about someone who's well-respected in the community and well-known, I wouldn't expect it to be stickied even if the community cares a lot about said person. If it's not related to the forum or board I would expect people to care, but wouldn't have expected it to be stickied.
