I try to buy them, but the problem is that most series unless I love them I only watch once so then I have to go through the pains of ebay to try to sell them. (Because we had over 1000 DVDs at one point.) So now I watch what I can through Netflix since it's one of the few ways to rent anime. (If anyone knows of any other ways to rent, please let me know. Netflix used to carry a lot of the DVDs and they stopped which is annoying.)

i watch the seares online on sites like anime freak tv watch cartoon online and all those sort of sites and if i think that they have replay value i buy them i feel by doing it this way it the same as if i was to watch them on tv.
also with series suck as bleach Naruto and one piece i down load the ep's until the DVD's are released and then i buy the DVD's
