I'd have to say it's a close tie between Zapdos, Psyduck/Golduck, Froslass, and Rotom.

My favorite character is easily Asuna (AKA Flannery in the English versions). She's really cute and she's a way better candidate for a fire-type gym leader than Blaine ever was.
