They really need to tell us when we have messages lol. Most people don't come here and check them very often, as you can see myself included. You're welcome for the Skyrim advice, hopefully it worked, if not you probably set off the Forsworn quest line glitch that I didn't know about until later. I hope you got it fixed though.
Your post about Skyrim, if you have an excessive bounty in a hold, the guards will attack you on site. I'm not sure what the "excessive" is, but this could be your problem. If that's not the problem, try running out of town until the guards give up persuit, this can take a while, and then try to go back to town and see what happens. I have had that happen a couple of times in other towns, and the latter worked for me. Hopefully this will work for you as well.
