Nah, I was suggesting to STAY in the house, thinking that might help towards the percentage.
I have faith in Rockstar that they wouldn't screw us over too much. I stayed in both rental properties, I am not worried.

In red dead redemption, what happens if you stay in a rentable house, a thread where a guy had 99.9% you said that it could be that he stayed in a renteable house? i did that im i screwed or can i purcahse the house?
