I think it was the hottest year this summer, at least that's what it felt like. I worked as a lifeguard for part time up there and could barely handle the heat.

Eastern shore, too. I grew up in Cambridge and bought a house in Hurlock with my fiance in February. Ocean City is about an hour, maybe hour and a half from either location depending on traffic so not far at all. Haven't been this summer unfortunately, probably won't get the opportunity to go to the beach.
