Well I use Usenet/Newsgroups so I get my full speed all the time . I agree for about the web page load times though. Faster speed do mean you can host games better though . The funny thing is that I'm paying for the best connection available in the country and it's still worse than the worst deal in the US! . I get capped at 40GB a month which is a huge amount over here but again, sucks compared to the rest of the world .
