Yeah, it really is a nice little piece of hardware. Easy to set up, easy to use and you can post videos right to Youtube too. Granted you can't do allt he snazzy special effects/music/etc but there are other programs for that. Plus, like you said the HDMI output is a really nice touch.

That's a sweet setup. Might have to save up for one of those. I like the HDMI thing too. So much better and easier.

Actually it's one that just came out in June. It's called the Elgato Game Capture HD. It works for both PS3 and Xbox (and TV really). It's one of the only ones that lets you capture with an HDMI cord.
