Probably. I'm from the UK and our DC's are Visa/Master Cards. I'm not sure what PalPay caters for, so its maybe best to leave the thread open or try and contact an Admin (best Webb) about it.

The only option it gives me is Visa MasterCard and one other, I'm Canadian I want to use my TD (Toronto Dominion) bank account Debit Card, but i have no option to add that card to my paypal account so am I screwed ?
