You get it from getting an S rank in the level (sometimes)
Seems very random and you sometimes get a worse item ><

Its like in thee middle of the map there is one path that seperates the big to mazes of paths, which with Asphar you have to go down, then beside that is a tiny path that goes off into a dead end it lies at the end of this path, although this is not her 'ultimate weapon' as such

ummm no. First off aspharr is not a she. second you have to get a "S" rank in his final mission

im looking at the PRIMA strategy guide right now... its a chest in the mission. and it also says that getting an S rank for this mission gies you a rage choker. but that could be wrong cause it says you get the deadly armband for S rank in pholya flatlands for inphyy but i got deadly ring or something...
