Whos better? Ghost Ben, Ghost Anakin, or Ghost Yoda?

whos the better choice for buying characters? ghost ben, ghost anakin or ghost yoda?

I hate to answer not having unlocked Obi-wan or Yoda, but it seems like Yoda would probably still hobble around on his cane... even as a ghost. So... he would suck. I unlocked Anakin b/c I was too impatient to play another level w/out a ghost and he was the cheapest.
