I went to Ocean City, New Jersey today for the annual Corvettes on the Boardwalk show. I took 70 pictures with my phone and figured I'd share some with everyone. I love all cars Chevrolet, especially Corvettes and Chevelles. I'm going to post 15 pictures and if anyone wants to see more, just let me know.

There were 280 Corvettes in the show.

Those are some beautiful cars. I like the two-toned paint jobs on the old ones. The light blue and white one is my favorite. That would look beautiful out here in California with a surfboard hanging out the back.:)

When it comes to having cars that spend their whole life in a coastal area, you have to pretty much accept the inevitable when it comes to rust. You either gotta prep for it right away, or take care of it afterwards. And plus, if it's an area with hard winters, you get a double shot when it comes to roads being salted. My '94 Impala SS has a frame that is covered with surface rust from being driven in the winters, and ever since I moved closer to the shore four years ago, I can see the air taking it's toll a little on the rest of the car. It's no worry though if you have the time, money, and knowledge to take care of it and keep it off though.

So what I'm really saying is, for the guys with these vettes, they might as well enjoy them at the shore since the rust is pretty much going to come one way or another in a coastal state.
