Quick ways to lose karma?

anyone know of good and quick ways to lose karma? i need the neutral and bad karma achivements and i got the saves just before i reached lvl 8, 14 and 20
so i really need to lose karma fast:uzi:

also helps if you give dirty watter do beggars who are in front of some cities begging for water

best way I found was to break into the saloon in megaton (back door) and access the terminal. Each time you click on it you lose karma then back out but as soon as u hit b press a as many times as you can. Loses you lots of karma.
Best way I found to gain levels is to use the sandman glitch and keep going back to megaton to lose karma.
Level 20 with all the good, neutral and evil achievements as well

also, at night in the Brass Lantern saloon on the first floor you can steal lots of stuff without anyone noticing, and yeah the trick with the terminal is good too.
i got all the karma achivements yesterday, now only bobbleheads left :)
