Ok i have looked through all the posts and could not find what i was looking for, I am about to start a new season , my first season infact, what tour settings can i pick to get all trophy balls?

Can i pick 1 round for PGA events and still get THE CUT STREAK trophy ball?

i would suggest 1 round events.

I believe the trophy streak ball is one of the 'tracking tiger' balls that you don't need for game completion.

The other ball that says, "dont miss a cut in a season", you can earn that with 1 round events.
