Confused?!?

When I got onto xbox live today it wouldn't load anybodys gamer pictures or anthing of that sort. Also it is doing it on the site. Is anyone else having this problem? Could it be xbox live?

yeah same here mate, also for some starnge reason my xbox 360 is freezing a awful lot now and on chromehounds it looks like my friend has nearly all the valor medals?

I called Xbox and they said they were having technical problems, weren't too specific as usual they said check back in a couple of hours that was at 2:30 PST and if it doesn't work check back tomorrow morning and if it still doesn't work to call them back. They weren't a hell of alot of help but you aren't the only one with this problem. Maybe someone else might have better luck getting any information from them. Very FRUSTRATED AT THE MOMENT

I think it's everyone. I was freezing like crazy playing PGR, it took like 5 minutes to "connect to Xbox live' to do the compare kudos thing. That and all my friends have a 0GS and no pictures at all.

Hopefully it gets sorted soon, I finally got my GS to 12345 and I want a screenshot. :mad:

Looks like someone over at Microsoft looked at one of their servers the wrong way, and caused most of their system to go down - including the processes that are installed for MGC usage.
In turn, this was obviously causing some issues on our end, so I've turned off updating for the time being and we're riding on the last information we picked up for you.

You do not need to report any problems regarding outdated information.
"Live" service will resume when Xbox.com does, and this message will disappear.

Mine is still freezing, going hella slow, and GPs aren't showing up. Also I can't compare games, and when I do private chat it doesn't take me directly to the chat tab like it should.

Think its because of the TGS06?

They're having problems guys, they will fix them. Don't get yer panties up in a bunch because you can't see your friends cool gamer pics.
