technical question

how do i change the NAT for my router? i have a net gear
WGR614 (v6) and on xbox.com it says it is Xbox Live Compatible. But when i run a test on live it says it is strict for NAT. any help please post here or contact me on Live gamertag jonsilva. thank you in advance for any help.
