Freezing!

When I try to do a be a pro season and go to multiplayer cos my mate wants to play against me when he comes round, as soon as he moves the stick in the game the game will freeze the xbox!!!

When I had freezing issues, I just re-connected my Xbox's internet connection and it worked fine after that. Also make sure you aren't downloading the PES 09 demo, that was causing problems for people.

mine freezes at any kind of exhibition game. soon as it goes onto the loading screen at the areana.
only exhibiton games though.

I got this issue a few times. Just restart xbox and it work fine again.

Try clearing your hard drive cache too.

Go to the system blade and then select memory. Press Y on the HD symbol and then press X, X , Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X, X. Once you do this a message will appear saying: 'Do you want to perform maintenance on your Xbox 360 storage devices?'

Performing this function will also clear any software updates.

Cheers for the responses guys but I had already tried all of those "potential" solutions to no avail. It is seriously irritating!!!! GRRRRRRRRRR any other thoughts?

Mine keeps freezing when u have to press start before you get to the main menu. Pissed off big time!!!!!

i had the very seem problem. the only solution i found was to clear my cache AND delete my saved game. Thats caused me big problems for the petersen. 1000 mins lost

mine want let me continue my season :( and ive just brought myself about 40 players, and was sooo close to the achievement.. whenever i try to play/sim the match.. it either freezes at 8% for simming, or wont load up the match and remains on a black screen :(

What I want to know is why everyone is experiencing random freezing issues in completely different places!?! yet they repeat in the exact same way everytime after restarting xbox ??? GRRRRRRRRRRRR

I apologize for dredging up an old topic. I'm sure it would have been much more annoying though if I made a new one complete with a lack of vowels, lots of !!! and all in CAPS.

Anyone know of any fixes for this, my mate's copy seems permemantly incapable of multi-player after trying all the fixes listed above. And I'm pretty fed up of lugging my 360 to his just play through a two-player world cup with England to the soundtrack of Sigur Ros.

Urm have you tried downloading to hard drive?
