Faceplate Opinions

Hey guys, I'm going to buy a faceplate, I really need to ' decorate ' my 360. I know that the GoW and Halo ones are both coming out in October. I already know what the Halo one will look like, since it was posted on the Bungie site, but not the GoW one. If anyone knows what it looks like, can you post it here please. My real question is though, what do you guys think I should get ? I need the opinions of my fellow x360a.org members ! :p

you should either wait for the halo 3 one, or get one off of ebay...
cuz all of them in stores are pretty lame, but on ebay you can get the cod2 one ( thats the one i got :woop:) a dead rising one, or even a mega rare pgr3 one etc...

If you're into Gears of War and you have extra money you could always buy the E3 GoW faceplate on Ebay. They are going for $100+ right now but its one of the better looking faceplates out there.

Ya I did check out Ebay, but nothing really tickled my fancy there :p Like I said, my two favourite ones would have to be the GoW wich I still have to see, and the Halo one.

To Sarge: Ya I thought of that too, I was going to buy it, but that's still quite abit for a faceplate. First, I want to see what the normal MadCatz faceplate will look like, if I ever get the chance to see it, then I'll decide.

at toys r us, we got these new nyko faceplates that look real good such as a onyx w/ silver lining, a shadow w/ red lining, a red hot rod w/ white stripe(I think this one looked best) and 2 camo faceplates.

most of the faceplates around here are pretty cheesy-looking, sadly. they're either all camo, have flags on 'em, etc. that gow one looks good tho, altho it stinks if people are running their 360s vertically.

I've been wantin to get a skin, but nothin has jumped out at me yet.

I just looked on eBay, and there are some pretty damn sick chrome skins. Hmmm..

Well I don't know if you're interested, but there's a GoW faceplate and skin coming out pretty soon.

I found the two new GoW faceplates I was talking about; one normal plate (http://www.ebgames.com/product.asp?product%5Fid=802502)and the other comes with a skin (http://www.ebgames.com/product.asp?product%5Fid=802503). The one with the skin has the GoW skull, but I can't make out what the other one has. Both are scheduled for the 10th of October at EB, once I find out what they really look like, I'll decide between them and the Halo one :p

i didnt like any of the faceplates i saw, so i bought a skin from decalgirl. i got the matrix style skin.

Is Decalgirl the blank faceplate that you can print off whatever image you want onto?
I was thinking of buying one of those, make myself something nice in Photoshop, make it really personalised as opposed to a Halo/GoW plate.
