help for online achievments

For some reason when i go on pgr 3 and go on playtime i can only play on my own xbox, whenever i click on "play on xbox live" it just says "One of the current Gamer Profiles is not allowed to play the selected game mode." Does anyone know how i can get this to stop appearing so i can try to get the cat and mouse and cone capture achievments. This also happens when i try to watch gotham tv which stops me getting that achievment too. Someone help please!

How many profiles do you have on your 360?

Is your NAT (Network Adress Translation) setting at "Strict"? I know for PGR3 in particular having a strict NAT can be a real problem with the online features.
