bronze/golds/sliver rewards glitch

i read a little somin about this but not sure if it works. apparantly if you find a medal, then die before a check point, come back and get teh medal again it counts again towards your score. so u pick it up - 1 medal. die come back get it again - 2 medals, die come back get it again - 3 medal.

does this work? ( i not played the game yet, this is just what ive read)

I'm pretty sure it works because even though I never tried doing that I did get the 30 silver and 60 bronze rewards before I actually had 30 silver or 60 bronze, so it seems that the only way that would happen would be the above mentioned glitch.

I remember that it did not work for me so maybe it's disk specific like some other glitches.

NAH.. it dosnt work, but if you do die before you reach a check point it will still be there..(but want count:p)

Thats probably why I got the collect 5 gold achievments when I only had 4, and why I got the collect 60 bronze achievment when I had less then 50.
