MLB disc dont boot...whats going on????

i just bought a ntsc xbox and i tried immediately college hoops and mlb...college hoops is ok. mlb its considered a movie dvd because in the dashboard i have the message "play dvd" instead of the name of game, and when i boot it, i have the screen saying "play this disc in a xbox360"...

damn! now also college hoops dont run

EDIT: college hoops works only at 640x480 res, and mlb only with composite cable. dont tried component
