Return it to blockbuster as faulty.
Some places Have a year guarantee even on pre-owned, and even iff not if it RROD soon after you bought it you should still be entitled to a refund/replacement.
if not your only options are:
a) Try and Fix it yourself
b) pay and send it to MS
c) Sell it on ebay or similar
d) live with an xbox shaped paperweight.
I would definitely bring it back to BlockBuster. You can attempt to fly underneath the radar with MS and just send it in to them anyways, in hopes they won't catch the missing warranty sticker. So is the Serial and Console ID sticker on the back of the console missing or the actual hologram MS sticker? If anything, MS will send your console back to you with a "tampered" sticker on it.

If you only just bought then you should take it straight back and ask for a refund as they supplied you with a faulty from the box product if it failed straight away. Even so it should be covered under some kind of warranty even if its only 3 months for a second hand unit. Guessing you still have the reciept. Go and see the people you bought it from and see what they will do.
