he built rap up so great. and look at where its at now... rap has gone down hill since the day of his death...
the only good rappers that i can honestly name right now are kanye west and pharrell.

on B.E.T's Rap City they had nothing but 2pac music video's and one of 2pac's childhood friends, who also became a rapper (forgot his name) and on 106 & park they had two 2pac flashback joints they also had a lil special thing about him also.

I also bet there aint 1 rapper that wont say 2pac is a legend and that hes what inspired them to become a rapper

ive seen them on the net, theyre nasty lol im gonna go out and buy that mag. 2pac is my idol lol i dont care what anyone says i love his music and everything that he's done. Oddly enough 6-7 days after his death he had a music video come out where it showed him in heaven.

2) If you ever compare Pharrell to 2pac ever again, Fonkey Monkey, I will never talk to you again. If you mention Pharrell and good rapper together ever again, I will make fun of you forever..

3) There are PLENTY of good rappers still around. It just so happens that 95% of the rappers on the radio or on TV are complete SHIT. However, I'm glad to see newcomers like Chamillionaire and Paul Wall representin, I've been listening to them for 6 years now, they were WAY better as a duo, but hey, money destroys everything.. They're both still tight as hell.. Stick with the underground stuff if you want real rap, dont listen to the radio for these wack ass rappers like Yung Joc, etc... Old school rappers have been dropping good stuff recently also, its just not as publicized. Ice Cube, Too Short, Busta Rhymes, and some others all had really good CDs that came out within the last 2 months.. Just don't let the radio feed you whats good if you're into rap, cause almost everything on the radio is complete GARBAGE..

Yea, the Ice Cube cd came out like 2 months ago.. And its actually really good (although, hes never actually put out a garbage cd)'

One things you guys probably never knew about me is that I actually have a rap cd. About 12 tracks I made awhile ago. I got a lot of good feedback from it, I dont know why i never did more. I had some producers talking to me (including a big name producer from Florida who did productions for people like Trick Daddy, 3-6 Mafia, and also some stuff for people like N Sync and Britney Spears). I own about 3000 rap cds (most of them burned, of course), so obviously i'm big on it, lol..

And i hate that bullshit rap where all they talk about is ice, cars, and money.. But Paul Wall and Chamillionaire do that shit with style. They have talent, sure their topics are one-dimensional for the most part, but they know what they're doing. They have punches in almost every bar, and they are always tight as hell! Paul Wall has rediculous flow too, even if you never heard this song, just read it, it flows like crazy, just like all of his stuff:

whats wrong with paul wall? he pwns, so does chamillionaire slim thug Middl Fngz (i think thats how you spell there name) and pretty much any rapper from H-town (some dallas rappers are good also like D.T.G which stands for d-town gorillaz and Big Tuck) i also got to get paul wall's autograph last year along with a bunch of other rappers and i got juveniles this year :woop:

and just incase anyone cares, i think 2pac's new cd comes out in november on this thing on tv radio said that a bunch of rappers will be on the new 2pac cd in november (his mother said last year that the cd that comes out this year will be his last one)


also, does anyone know when the new lil flip cd is comminout? its called I Need Mine (hes given away 3 watches and 3 chains) we'll he said he was last year when he also said it was comming out in december, then got pushed back to like march or may then july and now its not even on samgoody.com -_-
