Where do I go after I get the boat?

I got the boat from Capua Torim, and I thought I was supposed to bring the people who gave me the boat somewhere. I've spent a couple hours exploring the world. I cleared the ghost ship. I must have skipped the text that told me where I'm supposed to go.
