Wow, i've gotten a 500 Note streak like 70 million times n=ow and it's not unlocking.

there was no need to make a new thread on this. there are achievement discussion threads for that..

Im not sure why its not unlocking for you, try doing it in quick play, cause some times if you do it in co-op online only the host gets it.. or some times nobody gets it!! just try Quick play it should unlock as soon as you get 500notes!
