Deleting transferable songs question

I was wondering if you delete a song that you transfered and you realize that you want it after all, do you have to pay the money again to export it? I apologize if this has been answered before but I couldn't find when I quickly scanned the forums.

If it was DLC, I would imagine that you could just redownload it like you would an arcade game.
But Im not deleting anything so I wouldnt put too much money on that.

i believe you don't have to pay the fee again but it does copy ALL the tracks again so another nice 10 minute wait.
