Tarquaron Tele pads (possible spoilers)

well here i am again getting frustrated... this game is just confusing! these tele pad thingys are EVERYWHERE and i cant use them and i need too... does anyone have a clue on how to activate them?

Is Tarquaron the final dungeon? If so I'd like to know as well. I remember reading something about using the lv 4 or 5 sorcerer's ring to activate something in a certain part of that area but I didn't feel like doing it and just finished the game. xD

When you get to the very top, just before ascending the stairs to the final boss, you can unlock the left lifts by using the one on floor 7.

To unlock the right side, you need to exit out the east of floor 6 and eventually make your way to the chest that was on floor 1, directly north of the entrance. That chest was across a gap you couldn't get to, but when you open it, a bridge forms so you can leave that way and the right side lift turns on as well.
