Returning to A path through the woods

I've been trying for ages to find a way to return to the A path through the woods mission in Ruins of Cair Paravel (the mission you get to after rescuing Trumpkin), because there's one chest I miss in that particular area. For some reason it didn't seem like the game saved my progress after completing the mission, because I even had a health upgrade there that were reverted once I got to the next mission.
Anyway, whenever I rescue Trumpkin and get on the boat heading for the other side, I just get bounced back to the ruins.
Has anyone found a solution to this problem? I've been trying to google around abit for this, but haven't found anything helpful so far... This is driving me NUTS!

Found it!!
Don't know why, but I didn't even think of checking the xbox.com forums.. I should have thought of doing that early on, because the answers were there!

Ok: To return to Find a safe path through the woods all you have to do is go right at the very beginning of the level to find a boat where you can click http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/misc/b.png to start that mission.
Unfortunately I had 2/2 chests there, but there was another post on xbox.com, which revealed the last chest! Again, at the very beginning of the level, walk all the way left to find a couple of large boulders with a glow around them. Pick them up and drop them into the sea where indicated, to build a path to a small island where a hidden chest is!
