Probebly there are alot of people out there that will need help under some part of the game. at least me. so instead of making one new topic for all times we got stuck. just post it here. (spoilers)

Well, i start. i just met up with sigmund in the top (?) of the castle not to long in the game. well the only way i can go is up or down. but up its stop. just a big room that looks kind of royalty. So. where should i go?`is the goal to went all the way down to the bottom again?

Best thing I found is to turn off the music playing during the game. So you can hear that weird sound that basically tell you where the hidden pass way is. Its also have a slight blurr vision to it. You need to play your flute too open hidden pass way. Go where you meet Sigmund but don't go in that room where he was. Go to the dead end wall past it. Listen to the sound and look at the wall it will have that slight blurr look to it and play your flute. the hidden pass way will open up

1. I get that too, and it looks like there simply wasn't enough time given to localization for all voices to be recorded.

2. Using A-B will send them into the air; other than that, they stay on the ground, and you should set the party strategy to combo, and they'll help keep it going. Be careful when you do, though; you won't get healed or cared for since your allies are all going to sit around until you start swinging on someone.

not sure how to get the chests yet but alot of them are blocked by cracked rocks, im thinking they will be obtainable near the end of the game with some type of abilities

at the end of what seems like an empty hallway. when running down that hallway near that "royal room" its at the very end on the right hallway there is a wavy wall play the right tune to make it dissapear

IS there a way to rest in this game and dodge i know you can parry but its not too helpful most of the time

only thing i could really recommend on resting or dodging, is putting your sword away and running away. Your team will do the same and the enemy will eventually stop chasing you.

The fact that theres no resting or dodging can get kinda agrivating ( its damn near impossible to heal if you get hurt unless your team does it)

you use rico's ability penguin parade on a bat
lead it to door
talk to it
then same with a snake they both get sacrificed adn the door pops open it isnt a drop item

That was kind of helpfull:D im 8 h in the game now and the onlything i had problem with so far was the thing when you sacrifice the bat and the snake. and then i had a little bit of problem finding the wall in the top of the tower (people that has been there knows what i talk about). But more than that... no problem yet... but if anyone get stuck just keep asking:)

You need to talk to a bunch of people

First Go down stairs you talk to edward in a cut scene.

Next go to the inn and walk to all 3 doors and 3 cut scenes will happen.

Last walk to the upwards trail and talk to the big axe guy.

After all of those run all the way to the top of the castle and go out on the balcony.

You should start playing your flute and then aya will talk to you.

need help again. just gonna head to another chain. after you "released" Ed and went back to the other town and made it up to the top. then he talks to the queen (?) and then they should head ti the next city to the north. but i cant find it

I'm with you on one thing, this game sometimes doesnt tell you enough on where to go next... usually takes a couple of min to get back on track, especially when your supposed to run all over towns and talk to people.

I just beat the blue troll in the cave with the kids and helped Aya get better. I did everything in the village except find the clay for the cranky old man. So I gave up. Now it says to go meet up with Sigmund and when I go back to the plains I can only go back into the woods that lead me back to the prison I broke out of at the first part of the game. I need to know how to get to Sigmund? So there is probably a simple answer for my dumb question somewhere out there, thanks!

sigmund is in burgess i believe, theres a hole in the wall that was previously blocked from rocks but the dragon guy now opens it, you walk in there and when you get out of the path you take a right and go all the way to the end and there will be a gate you go in.

Im stuck on that stupid free the soliders thing, can anyone help?
I've found all 4 keys no problem thanks to the guides posted but everytime I opena cell and go in theres a bad guy in there so I kill himand then theres some of the good guy soliders running round but they go off on their own, are these the ones I released? How do I keep tabs on them? Am I supose to kill the dudes in the cells?

from what ive read (i missed this one) you just realease them, 2 at first then 2 after you get second keys, im not sure if theres empty cells or not but i do remember there being at least 4 cells, Im pretty sure that if they die you dont get achievement but thats just from what i've read if someone whos done it has some more solid info please contribute.

DrunkenDucks : to answer your question its essentially a maze and im gonna give you the path.

Starting from Halgita head straight up

Take a left turn and walk until you hit next intersect

Take a right turn and head up all the way up until you hit a wall making you choose left or right

Go left, the right way screws you into a teleporting fog bs.

You will then make a kinda swerve t the right (only way to go) and head up

Go all the way up until you hit the fog teleporter and then you will teleport to a new area.

The new area has 3 fog teleporters One behind you, one in front, and one to the right of you.

Take the one to the right and it will put you right in front of Dias

also for others that are getting lost and dont know where to go most of the time, direction wise, if you go to your back menu and go to talk, it will let you talk to your team and if you keep talking to them they will let you know what direction to head.

Just did that part. just keep playing the flute and let your friends hit them. revive if they die and have Eugene in your party. hes great when it comes to healing.

Yes.. just kill 10 total. Go for the troll on the left. He seem to keep on respawning.

Put sword away and run from one end of the map to another then when they get to you turn around and run then heal your party and make sure you have a healer telling him to heal alot, then just flute play, you cant do anything mroe.

the writing on the wall,

the thing says some nonsense about crimson and oceans and the sort, colors relate to some things like ocean is blue and crimson is red etc...etc...

i didnt do it personally but thats how you would have someone already posted how to do it in situation bonus thread but you forgot where it was :)

that bitch sucks, whenever she does the move that paralyzes you just try to run away because its not gonna hit you if your far enough, also make sure to avoid her fire and the best move to use is reignleif if you have it does like 10000 damage at level 47

where do i get reignleif? i think i was pretty close to defeat her. had 4 shots on the chain. but i just run in circles and let my friends take care of her and hit when i hade the chance. now i just run throw everything so im there again

reignleif is one of capells battle skills

also if you have too much trouble dont forget you can enchant your guys to be alot better

you have completed the whole game, right? how many hours did it take? Damn its anoying that i dont have had the possibilite to buy posions and so on. that makes everything so much harder

i havent beat it yet im a little further than you (juggling gh3 pwning online with this game and fable pub games) but you will talk to genfa or w/e his name is and be able to buy pots from him, and also if you encounter an area that you can talk to michelle she can enchant potions.

but to answer you, im being pretty anal and im at about 22 hours

okey. i have really bad problems with the dragon:( dont have any poisons, and cant buy them anywhere close. and im not close to beat him. i think. do you have an idea how much life the dragon has? did you think he was hard

kill all the little guys first and then if your team dies just run away with sword put away and heal them, hes really slow and if you stay a good ways away from him he wont hit you, also if you have the materials i would suggest enchanting 200+ attack ( or better ) on capell and another melee char ( i had vic ) and i did it to aya as well. Also if you can enchant eugene ( or whoever your healer is ) with 200+ intelligence and the quicker cast rate of spells.

He wasnt to bad as long as you kill the other guys first and dont try to open the chests laying around they will still be there when your done ( i tried opening em and almost lost lol )

Also keep using reignleif and if you have aya i would suggest equiping snipe arrow (if you have it if not then just use another strong ranged attack on her ) to her connect ability and then connect with her and nail the dragon while hes in the air.

He doesnt have to much health, i think i was lvl 47 or 48 when i fought him though

Anyone help me with the the pet "bear" ? im asked by a maid who wants me to find the pet but i can't, everyone says "it ran out of the city" or "talk to the cats" well the cats say nothing usful and i've walked around the Sand Dunes place and the plains for hours on end, no luck.

When you talked to people you need to get back to the maid nd talk to her (cutscene). and then you head out of the town and its a way almost directly to the right, just follow that path and there it is.

And still, i havent been stuck this long in the game at any time, when im up against Iskan. Nowhere to buy posions and NOwhere to fight and lvl up. And every time i hit him soooooo much but still, he wont die. PAIN.... wait for it.... IN THE ASS

Yes, it is in the sand dune area. No, every game are not this hard to find in. I think its really hard sometimes to now where to go next, anoying!. But like i said... this game is really bad on that, and it is probebly the hardest J-rpg game to find in.

I destroyed all the ones I can see and found one more with my flute but thats it now. looks like I have 1 or 2 to go.

schollpy, use the guide for the forst and go north basicly, to dias, and also if you dont know where to go in the menu you can go talk to your party and if you talk enough they will tell you where to go.

Does anyone have any tips for beating Dmitri (Vesplume Tower) within 2 min?
He is constantly teleporting away and I ran over and if I'm lucky hit him once before he vanishes again. Nothing seems to knock him down or keeps him from teleporting.

I beat him under 2 mins by spamming Capells "Eternal Refrain" even if the guy teleports away that move like ...slides over to him ! =D just make sure and take out the adds first as they interupt your attacks >.<

ok i just got the guardian achievement and im at the save point were Lief's sister tells me he's missing but after talking to all the people there nothing happens. all i know is some woman saw him run off toward some rocks and if i try to go look for him Aya just says dont go too far.

EDIT: its ok i just had to talk to everyone like 3 or 4 times and finnally some guy told me to head south

Head towards the number 8 red line. Go through the white warp thingy. Go forward then right towards the red line labelled #12, walk into the white warp thing and your there :)

Im stuck trying to find out why the queen is depressed in Halgita. Where is the person i need to talk to?? can't find them anywhere.

Or leave Halgita into the forest, watch at intersections for purple dots in a circle floating up from the ground, that is the way you go. Follow them and you'll eventually get a cutscene with Vic then you'll get to the House you need to go to.

Go up the elevator to the third floor. Take a left and run down there, near the end you'll see a hallway going to the right, there's an aristo in there named Kirin, talk to her/him with Eugene connected.
