I am having trouble beating hollister on hard mode (yes yes i know u probably are on insane) and need tips on how 2 beat him
First of all, make sure your rifle is fully upgraded. Second, you should have completed all the sidequests up to this point. You don't want to square off with him, as he can kill you in one or two shots. You will need to hide from him, when he loses track of you pop up and shoot him once in the head. Then quickly change positions because he will try to find you. Just repeat the process until the second part of the fight. When he tries to blow you up with the dynamite, keep your distance and unload your rifle on him.
