50 Helipcopters + %00 civilians

I have shot down over 60 helicopters and killed over 1000 civilians and still no achivement.

Also how is it possible to get the 100% achivement as when you finish the last mission or cinimatic on the boat it returns to the main menu, and your only option is to load again.
After you load it says missions complete 35 of 36 and when you do 36 it returns to main menu again any one else have this problem
I have also now purchased over 100 items of clothing no achievement for that either ?
i have 410pts all in so some of them are working fine seems to just be ones that are based on your stats
I have not used any cheats what so ever so thats not problem either ?
Any help or anyone else experiencing the same dilema

Did you use any cheats, cause they disable the achievements.

You cheated, there's no achievement glitches in this game, everyone that experiences problems use some kind of cheat...

ok i have checked my stats i have killed 63 choppers i have the acheiement it just didnt pop up and tell me
Also under purchased items i have 166 items but does this include burgers + guns and the likes or just items of clothing jewlery maybe i should purchase more clothing the acuire this one

No i think if anyone would know if i cheated it most likly would be me
I have not cheated i have no need to cheat
i have done all required actions to unlock these achievements and they just havent unlocked
maybe the stats are incorrect dont just go shouting at someone YOU CHEATED

It's only clothes and jewelry. Food and guns don't count.
