With this and Condemned, why do games not have FULL 1000-GP's? Is it hard to give a game gamerpoints? Why would a game do this?

Probably so they can release an extension later and make some more money. Or is that being too sceptical?

nah i dont think they can add on achievments if you have to pay more to get them..
but condemned had a glitch thats why it didnt have the full 1k.
but come one with this one, couldnt they just easily bumbed some of them up in value to get the 1k? like instead of being worth 5, why not 15 etc...

Developers could easily add an achievement for getting all other achievements. (A 100% complete achievement)

See this is EA telling us that they are major dickheads..
I personally like EAs games but what the hell is going on here?
First LOTR and now Godfather? Will they start making their other titles non-1000s?

I hope not.

If you're not going to give gamers a possible 1000GS at least give them some sort of free incentive.

(ex. new costumes, new weapons, new levels, new cars, unlockable gamerpics)

There's always the possibility of adding achievements later on (as long as a game isn't over the 50 max. achievements, like condemned)

There is an expansion for LOTR coming out later this year, if new achievements come along with that, then we will see where these "non-1000 retail games" will be headed in the future (some of them, anyway)

I hope they do add it. It's really lame they don't go all the way on games.

Kameo did the same when Rare added the multiplayer I believe.

MS should really give companies a slap on the wrists for this.

They all had 0 points as Rare managed to use their imagination and come up with enough achievements to dish points out on.
