I can't even make it through all of Helheim without a ***** disc un-readable error! This stupid achievement is driving me up the fing wall. Every time I beat GARM the stupid *@#$& game freezes! UGH!

Has this happened to you on Co-Op, or on another character?

doesn't happen co op but it's frustrating...happened three times in a row with my bio.

this happened to me in single player yesterday, playing helheim, got to the bit when you start fighting hel, she starts talking in the 2nd room and the game freezes lol, but hey, at least it wasnt the ice forest without dying then i would have been a lot more annoyed

You need to get a new Xbox. My first one was messed up. Each time I played Oblivion after 10-20 It will say Disk Unreadable. Now have an elite and it works fine.

Or get a RRoD and wait for Microsoft to put in a new chipset for you.
