Im having trouble finding the reaper, ive tried the dome and high end retail at night but no luck, and the game says they are found in the airport district but still no luck, anyone know exact location of one?

I found 2 - 3 in the hospital parking lot near the airport.

I found a parked one in the parking lot of the Strip Club in the Airport District at night and one one the highway leading to that district. Zombie Lin has one if you beat the game, call her up and she'll briong one, but I dont know if you can custimize it...

I've seen some just driveing in the vice king area

There were several parked at the airport for me. Right next to the chain link fence where the bag boy spawns. If you don't see the bag boy cart there, the reaper probably won't be either. Just keeping running around it will spawn.

Thanks for the replies guys, still havnt got one though!! The only one i have seen showed up on my hud as i was doing the KING AND I mission so i couldnt take it as you have to be in kings car!! lol

You couldlve taken it and just not restarted the mission, and continued instead and drove to your garage...

Complete the Westside Rollerz main story and then dial Eye-for-an-Eye (555-5966). Your Homie turns up in a Reaper.

Car should be accepted as no customisation options are required (Perhaps someone could confirm this). If not ok, at least it will become easier to find another Reaper if you're driving one.
