How would i unblock achievements?

Hey readers!

just wondering if theres a way i can unblock achievements. Ive used some cheats in the game and it now says, "Name of Achievement" is blocked when i do the cheat. is there away i can unblock and so on

or is there a way where i can delete that whole game with the achievements and redo that whole game again?

I'm guessing you could just go to your Hard Drive or Memory Unit and delete the save files, but would require starting the game over.
