Anyone else'sgame freezing??

I was on the last mission for Los Carneles area and right at the last second the game froze on me, i had been playing for 3 hours straight and lost that time towards the 20 hour achievement, did 25 hostages and lost all of them and lost 30 grand i earned. So right now i am extremely pissed and thinking about just quitingg because who says this wont happen in the future. and the multiplayer sucks!

Had the game freeze on me twice. Now after missions i just find the nearest save point.

yea, i guess thats what i am gonna have to do. And p.s, you know you can just press start options save game to save your progress, you dont need to go to a save point i dont think

I have done all missions exept 1.
The last vice kings mission i played it the other night for 14 hrs straight with no problems and again next day for few hours still fine.
Now im on the last vice kings mission.
When i get to the shop to pick up steffan and get the code to the elevator theres no-one in the shop so guy looks like he talking to himself.
Then when im driving the car to try and scare steffan ben king looks like he's suposed to be holding him out the window but all i see is ben kings arms holding nothing.
Little bug i thought ok but ive reloaded rebooted and everything but still every time no steffan
so i carry on as normal to the vice kings building shoot everyone get in the lift watch cinematic then it sticks at the loading screen every time
I have cleaned the disk several times not a mark on it any ideas or is anyone else not seeing this steffan fella

My game freezes about once every hour or so. It's pretty sweet. I like having to redo everything that I just accomplished because somebody's hopped up on caffeine back in the labs and can't attach a texture together properly, therefore causing my car to fall through it only to reappear 36 and a half seconds later unexpectedly.

once it started freezing on me, i just started saving (through the start menu) after doing each mission or activity. Takes 6 and a half seconds out of my day, but i havent had to redo anything.

Online is the Best! And I had the game freeze on me after an hour of gameplay, whilst my crosshiars were on the head of the pilot of the 50th plane I was going to shoot down... If you dont get it, I shot 49 planes and as I was about to shoot the guy it froze.

I know this thread is a little old, but I am having SEVERE PROBLEMS with this stupid game freezing. I finished all of the Carnale missions, and ever since then it started this crap on me. Now I load the game and ten seconds later it freezes on me. Not only does it freeze the game, but it puts my 360 in a coma until I competely shut it off. So, thinking it may be a heating issue, I went out and bought the jet engine sounding fan for my 360. All that did was give me an extra 60 seconds or so before it freezes. I've checked the disc and there are no scratches and none of my 12 other games freeze, so what gives? This is really getting on my nerves and I'm about to smash this game into tiny pieces. If anyone can help or at least explain this retardation it would be very appreciated!

Yea it has froze a few times, and yesterday during a Hijacking mission and ran and opened a car door, and the entire 360 locked up.

I think mine has frozen up on me twice. Once online, and a second in story mode.
