Westside Rollerz ChinaTown Hit Man Targets:

Jackie: Use Vice 9
Believe it or not she is a paramedic, so use your phone to call 911. I found
that she pop up on the third call. Make sure to kill the first one's before
calling again.

Alan: Use Knife
Look for a fat guy wearing a yellow shirt with a red under shirt. Head to the
Arena near the movies (where you can reply missions), wait till dusk 5pm to
9pm. He will be walking around.

Jose: Use T3K Urban
I found him in the Truck Yard area, simple.

Charles: Use Night stick
First beat up a cop to get the night stick. Then head on over to the suburbs
near coastal road. Drive around and keep an eye out.

Roxanna: Use NR4
Look for a blond woman with a white dress. You can't miss her in the Apartment
area, three showed up on my hud. Just drive around this area she will pop up.

Juan: Use Tombstone Shotgun
Okay I found this guy in Misty Lane, Suburbs. Look for a pale white guy
sporting a red spedo....

Bucky: Use Grenades
Found this very amusing, look for a guy in a hot-dog out fit walking, where
else? Head to the Area, you can't miss him!

Bill: Use K6 Krukov
This guy is hard to get you need a five star notoriety level as he is a proud
employee of Stilwater FBI unit.


Los Carnales Wardill Airport Hit Man Targets:

Julia: Use Vice 9
Off the bat drive up to Barrio and look for a women in a bath rob. Her style
should tell you too look for her in mid morning to afternoon. In fact I drove
past her but she disappeared before I had a chance to pull a U turn by the
dock area.

Thomas: Use Baseball bat
If you happen to catch Julia right at the docks and have a base ball bat.
Switch to Thomas, a black hair - blue jean wearing dock worker. Just the
basics, he'll be walking around the area.

Gabriel: Use Tobstone
Drive on up to the factories to catch this construction worker or any other
area where you can find a guy wearing a yellow hard hat.

Chris: Use SKR-7 Spree
This guy, for me, took a while to find. Reason being he did not show up on my
hud and well I got a little trigger happy. Apparently he drives a Mail Car,
the one with a envelope decal on the side above the letters S.N.M.

Theresa: Use Knife
How can one miss this women?! Well I did, but at last I found her in a
unlikely spot... Head to the plastic Surgeon in Cecil Park in Barrio. Wait
till Dusk or dawn, turn so that the plastic surgeon is to your back. You will
see a area with chairs and tables (Off the map hud, if you stay on the road),
stroll on over and start slicing.

Tina: Use GDCH .50
You probably already seen her, the skating lady in a bikini? Well surely you
will on your way to Coastal Road in Huntersfield (Head north to the coast look
for her on your left or right - the side with buildings not the water).

Bill: Use Molotov Cocktails
The map shown next to bill is the factories area, how ever I found him right
out side my crib (Later in the game when they are working on building just
southwest of your first home). But I am sure you can find him any where there
are other hard hats about.

John: Use McManus
Okay just like Bill of the Westside Rollerz Hit man he is a law enforcer.
Which means a hard battle, the sniper rifle should be an inkling it's going to
be hairy to get him. So head to a safe spot, I used the Saint's cemetery.
Start your mayhem, kill, smash, burn, till you get that five star level again.
Once you have it quickly dispatch all those in your way. Switch to the McManus
and aim for the sky. He will be shooting at from a helicopter, yes a
helicopter. Wait till you have him in your sights, the two lights will light
up, squeeze that trigger.


ViceKings Shivington Projects Hit Man targets:

Dick: Use Knife
Look for a big guy wearing a light red or orange short sleeve shirt. I found
him chilling in chinatown at night walking the streets.

Marty: Baseball bat
For this guy drive on up to the suburbs on the same road you found Theresa.
How ever, for me, he was driving a 'SUV' towards the east.

Richard: Use .44 Shepherd
This business man will be walking the retail area of Nob Hill. I found him
right out side the cloths store on the brick road.

Henry: Use T3K Urban
This limo driver will be in the downtown area, head to this area and look for
the road under the train tracks. He will be driving his limo in the early
morning or late night. As I used the wrong weapon in the morning and reloaded the game and found him in the same spot at night.

Billy Bob: Use 12 Gauge
This guy drove me nuts! He will be driving A delivery truck. He got away from
the first time, he was in a yellow one, then tricked me in a white one, then a
yellow one up in Nob hill near the museum.

Don: Use .44 Shephard
Remember your first true mission after the Snatch one? Where you chased down
that Los Carnales? Remember that mad turn that takes you to Freckle Bitches? He'll be waiting there all night in orange hoodie.

Hank: Use Molot Cocktails
Look for him in any delivery truck.

Louise: Use RPG
Such a little Quota car for a big meter maid! Head on over to the High End
Retail area under the train station, wait and wait she'll show up to give that
ticket. Careful with you aim, you must kill her with your RPG and not the fire
or explosion from a car that does her in.

Where it says tgeir name then a weapon, do you have to kill them with that weapon or is that just their weapon? I've killed Alan several times, left and come back ad everything and I dont get credit for the kill.

haven't figured that out yet... i think it`s pretty random. just drive around near the area where the target is supposed to be, and randomly he will appear.
sometimes they even appear at the other end of the city..

Dick works as a bouncer during the day. He should be hanging around any number of clubs, which ones and when are random I guess. I found him by driving round and round Technically Legal (the strip club where the suburbs escorts missions are). He popped up fairly quickly.

I had Don show up as a spectator during one of the races. He was cheering and waving so it kinda seemed like he was programmed to be an on-looker. It was racing in downtown and I believe it was level 2, 3 or 4. Maybe that helps.

Stick who your looking for up on the HUD and make sure you have the correct weapon with you.
Carry on with other activities or missions and keep an eye on your on screen map for the hitman target symbol.
Thats how I got them all done as none of them were where they should of been. This way at least your getting on with the game instead of just looking around.

He will respawn. Same thing applies to every charecter and after you kill them with the right weapon.

I didn't even know you had to kill the specific person with that gun. I thought the picture of the gun was what that person was going to be carrying. Will the person only spawn when you have the gun in your hand or in your inventory?

Nope. They'll spawn anyway. I spent hours looking for somebody that required the Tombstone, got frustrated, switched out for the 12 gauge to hit another target, and saw the Tombstone-target across the street as soon as I walked out of Friendly Fire.

One thing I would add to this...

I couldn't find this Beyotch for the longest time, and boy was it making me angry.

Finally I just said the hell with it and did a bunch of other activities.

I ended up finishing all of the 'Snatch' activites and right after I finished them all, I was driving down the road....

and 3-4 Theresa's popped up on my radar.

So if you are having trouble finding her, just finish all the snatch activites.

This was another guy I couldn't find.

This is where I found him. I didnt have him selected on my HUD when I spotted him.

I was busy doing Mayhem activites (you know the one where you go to the club where you always see 2 bouncers sitting outside of it)

The dance club. I cant remember where the location of it was, but hopefully that description helps you out.

Anyways, He is one of the bouncers of that club. I personally found him outside as I was walking in to do mayhem.... I thought.... He looks familiar.... Then I started slicing... and what do you know... Another gun added to my crib.

First step : Take out your baseball bat.
Second step : While running , pull the right trigger and hit him to the ground.
Third step : Take out your grenade.

I finally got them all last night. A big thank you to aPerfektFIaw for the original post.

Just to add my two cents, I had a hardest time with Juan, Henry, Tina, and Roxanna. Mainly because they were no where near their default areas. I found all 4 in the the suburbs!

All the advice already given is very good, the only thing I would add is to look in the areas where you see similar looking people. Once I found a blond in a white dress, like Roxanna, I found her within a minute. Same with Juan and Tina. Once I found a limo driver, in the 'burbs, I torched it and within a minutes there were dozens of limos and Henry.

Also to add on the hitman targets..if it says to kill them with a certain gun, you don't have to 'shoot' them, you can beat them to death with it. This happened to me when I found Juan but didn't have any ammo so I just beat him with the gun and I got the completion.

Details:

I found him walking the sidewalk northeast of friend fire in Brighton (Downtown District) at 4:08pm. I'm at 41% game completion.

Hope this helps. Theresa or w.e. is easy to find after you complete all the escort quests (for me atleast). She will pop up everywhere.

i think that the hitman is the easiest/ one of the easiest activities in saints row, i only got 2 left, FBI guy and the police officer in the Helicopter, but all the others i killed in about 2-3hours tops, best thing is to put them on your HUD and drive around the area it says and drive to other places, i found Alan in a Strip Club in red light district and says kill him in Arena

Just got to say thanks for this post. It was a huge help. I found Tina and Roxy in the suburbs. I got the 2 agents by going back to the starting crib and shooting out of the door. It left me with a narrow field of fire and a nearby confessional to help me out.

they are absolutely annoying, but worth it. Pity there's no platinum ATR-40/K6
